In a sprint car there is no clutch pack or transmission to absorb all of the chaos that’s happening between the crankshaft and the rear end. Our drive shafts are designed in a way that helps to absorb harmonics, vibration frequencies, and torque spikes. We machine every square inch of the tubing in such a fashion that it allows the shaft to wind up ever so slightly so that under dynamic operating conditions, the drive shaft stays perfectly straight putting ZERO bind in the drive train and allowing the rear suspension to do its job, which is hook up the race car!
